HVACGrowthPartner.ca

Who you'd be partnering with

HVACGrowthPartner.ca is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA, and is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. In a performance partnership, you should know exactly who that is.

HVACGrowthPartner.ca is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service for HVAC and heating companies. It exists to explain one offer clearly: the Growth Partner Program, a performance-based partnership in which Ali Sedighi invests time upfront and is paid on measurable results. When someone's pay depends on your numbers, you deserve to know who they are, how they work and where their limits are. This page covers all three.

The company and the group

HVACGrowthPartner.ca is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, a Canadian group headquartered in Vancouver, BC.

  • Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company. Among its brands are HVAC.Agency and HVAC.Digital for heating and cooling companies, Trades.Agency for other trades, BusinessConsulting.ca, and the CRO agency Conv.ca.
  • SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone) is the group's Canadian strategy firm. Its work covers strategy, AI and revenue acceleration. Ali Sedighi founded it and serves as Founder & Managing Partner, and its strategic leadership comes from Sedighi.ca.

The Growth Partner Program is listed by the group's consulting arm as a custom, performance-based arrangement with limited availability. This site is the HVAC-specific explanation of it. For owners who prefer a fixed monthly fee, the same group offers HVAC.Agency's published plans, set out on our pricing page.

Ali Sedighi, MBA

Ali has 17+ years of experience in digital marketing, starting in 2007, and holds an MBA in Technology Management.

  • In 2007 he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency.
  • He now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia.
  • He founded Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca, and he is Founder & Managing Partner of SAZ.ca.
  • He has worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai.
  • He has built 150+ live HVAC websites, including CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca, Roma Heating & Cooling and HVACDeal.ca.

That last point matters for a partnership. Building that many HVAC sites means knowing how heating companies actually win work: the cold-snap rush, the shoulder-season lull, the replacement quote that's lost for want of a follow-up call. You can read more on Ali's profile at Sedighi.ca.

How we work in a partnership

Plainly, with numbers on the table and terms in writing. A few principles guide every partnership:

  1. Measure before promising anything. We start with your records, not a pitch. The baseline and tracking service is usually step one.
  2. Say no when it doesn't fit. Partnerships are limited, and a bad fit wastes both sides' time. If a fixed plan suits you better, we'll say so.
  3. Write it down. The baseline, the measure, the payment, the term and the exit are agreed in writing for each partnership. Nothing important is left to a handshake.
  4. Your company owns its assets. Website, ad accounts, call-tracking numbers, Business Profile and data stay in your company's name.
  5. Review together, monthly. The owner and Ali look at the same numbers every month.

This approach is slower at the start than signing a client on day one. It's meant to be. A partnership that begins with a clean baseline and honest terms is far more likely to last through a mild winter, and that's when you find out whether a partner was worth having.

Our position: marketing and advice, never the tools

We are not an HVAC contractor, and we don't install, repair or service equipment. Our work is marketing and business consulting: finding customers, improving how calls are handled and quotes are followed up, and helping owners make growth decisions with better numbers.

We also don't give engineering, legal, accounting or code-compliance advice. Where your marketing touches regulated matters, such as licence numbers, rebate claims or advertising rules, we point you to the regulator or administrator to confirm. Each region page links the relevant bodies.

What we won't do

Some things are off the table in any partnership.

  • Promise rankings, leads or revenue. Honest partners share risk; they don't sell certainty.
  • Sell your leads to other contractors.
  • Create fake reviews, fake listings or fake addresses.
  • Hold your accounts hostage if the partnership ends.

If that's the kind of partner you're looking for, read how the program works, check the frequently asked questions, or get in touch to start a conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Who will I actually work with?

Ali Sedighi leads every partnership. Performance-based work depends on the judgement of the person whose time is invested, so it isn't handed off to a junior account manager.

Is HVACGrowthPartner.ca a separate company from HVAC.Agency?

It's a brand within the same group. HVAC.Agency is the group's HVAC marketing agency with fixed-fee plans; this site explains the performance-based Growth Partner Program for HVAC owners. Both sit under Sedighi.ca, which is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group.

Are you an HVAC contractor?

No. We are a marketing and business consulting service. We never install, repair or service heating or cooling equipment, and we never compete with our clients for jobs.

Where are you based?

We're headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and work with HVAC companies across all of Canada, with consultations online by video call or in person, as well as by phone, text and email.
