There are two ways to pay for the same kind of HVAC growth work. The Growth Partner Program: custom terms
There's no published price, percentage or revenue share, because each partnership's terms are written for that company. What's fixed is the structure:
- Time first. Ali invests time upfront in the review, the baseline and the plan.
- Paid on results. Payment is tied to measurable results against the agreed baseline.
- In writing. The baseline, the measure, the record system, how payment works, how seasonality and program changes are treated, the term and the exit are all written down before work starts.
- Limited. Only a limited number of partnerships run at once.
Costs outside Ali's time, such as advertising budgets paid to Google or a website rebuild, are covered in the written terms too. Ask about each one directly; don't assume anything is included or excluded. The group's consulting arm lists the program on BusinessConsulting.ca's pricing page.

What drives the cost either way
The same few factors shape a fixed plan choice and partnership terms.
- How many job types and towns you want to grow. Each needs its own pages, campaigns and tracking.
- How competitive your market is. Paid search in a large city costs more per click than in a small town.
- How clean your records are. Messy data means more set-up before anyone can measure anything.
- How fast you want results. Speed usually means paid search, which means an ad budget.
- Your capacity. There's no point paying for growth your crews can't deliver.
How to choose between them
Run the numbers both ways before you decide. Here's a simple test with round figures.
Say your company books 30 replacement jobs a season at $2,800 gross profit each, so $84,000. If marketing lifts that to 40 jobs, gross profit rises by $28,000. On the Growth plan, a six-month season costs $26,988 before tax whether the lift happens or not. Under a partnership, what you pay would depend on the written terms and on whether the lift was measured.
- Choose a fixed plan if you want certainty of cost, already have tracking, and are comfortable carrying the risk yourself.
- Explore a partnership if you'd rather share the risk, can measure results cleanly, and want a partner whose income depends on the same numbers as yours.
Our performance versus fixed-fee guide goes deeper, and the Growth Partner Program page explains the steps.
Start with the free trial
The 7-day free trial needs no credit card and comes with no lock-in. It covers a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, an SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. Whichever route you take, those findings are useful. Call, text or email to start, or read the FAQ first.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't you publish a price for the Growth Partner Program?
Because there isn't one price. The baseline, the measure and the payment depend on your job values, seasons and capacity, so terms are set per partnership, in writing, after we've reviewed your numbers together.
Is the partnership cheaper than a fixed plan?
Not necessarily. It shifts risk at the start, since Ali's time goes in first, but if results are strong a performance arrangement can cost more than a fixed fee would have. That's the point of aligned incentives, and it's worth modelling before you choose.
Do fixed-fee plans include sales tax?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Canadian clients add GST/HST for their province (GST and QST in Quebec). For example, the Growth plan at $4,498 per month is $4,722.90 with 5% GST in BC or Alberta, or $5,082.74 with 13% HST in Ontario.
Is there a contract term on the fixed plans?
There is no lock-in. The 7-day free trial needs no credit card, and HVAC.Agency's pricing page has the full current details.
Can I switch from a fixed plan to a partnership later?
Possibly. A few months on a fixed plan with proper tracking often produces exactly the baseline a partnership needs. Whether a partnership is available then depends on fit and on how many are running.
