The quickest way to find out whether a growth partnership could work for your HVAC company is to talk about your numbers. You can call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Office hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, and we usually reply within one business day. There are no forms to fill in and no sales sequence to sit through.

What happens next

  1. You reach out

Call, text or email with a line about your business.

  2. We reply

Usually within one business day, on the channel you chose.

  3. You talk to a senior strategist

A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.

Three ways to reach us

Call, text or email; use whichever suits your day.

  • Call (604) 632-4959 if you'd like to talk it through now. If we miss you, we'll call back.
  • Text (604) 632-4959 if you're between jobs. A short message with your company name and town is enough to start.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you'd like to send numbers or questions in writing.

We're in Vancouver, on Pacific time. If you're in Halifax or St. John's, a morning text or email is often easier than a late-afternoon call your time.

What to include in your first message

A few facts make the first conversation far more useful. None of them are required, and estimates are fine.

  1. Your company name, the town you're based in, and the area you serve.
  2. The main work you do: repairs, replacements, new installs, heat pumps, boilers, maintenance plans.
  3. Roughly how many jobs you book in a typical winter month and a typical summer month.
  4. Your average ticket for a replacement or install.
  5. How calls are answered today, and whether you track where they come from.
  6. What you want to change: more of one job type, a new area, a fuller shoulder season.
  7. Whether you're leaning towards a partnership or a fixed-fee plan, or aren't sure yet.

If you don't track the source of your calls yet, say so. It's common, and it's the first thing the baseline and tracking service fixes.

What happens next

A short, plain sequence, with a decision on fit before anyone signs anything.

  1. We reply, usually within one business day, to arrange a conversation.
  2. First conversation. Ali or a senior strategist working with him talks through your company, market and goals.
  3. Numbers review. If it looks promising, you share basic records. The 7-day free trial audit can run alongside.
  4. Fit decision. You'll hear plainly whether a partnership makes sense now, later, or not at all, and why.
  5. Written terms or a fixed plan. If it's a fit, terms are drafted for your company. If not, you'll get the fixed-fee option and any useful findings from the review.

The Growth Partner Program page explains each stage in detail.

Before you get in touch

A few things worth knowing so there are no surprises.

  • We're a marketing and consulting service, not an HVAC contractor. We don't install, repair or service equipment, so please don't contact us for a service call.
  • Partnerships are limited. We may not be able to start one immediately even when it's a good fit.
  • There's no percentage on a price list. Terms are written per partnership, as the pricing page explains.
  • Your data stays yours. Anything you share is used to assess fit and draft terms.

If you'd like to prepare more, the partnership readiness guide is a good use of twenty minutes.

Working with us from anywhere in Canada

Distance doesn't change much: consultations run online by video call or in person, as well as by phone, text and email. We work with HVAC companies in every province and territory. Local differences such as climate, fuel mix, regulators and rebate programs are covered on each region page, and they shape how a baseline is drawn up for your market.

Whatever you decide, a conversation with real numbers usually leaves owners with a clearer view of their own business. Read the FAQ if you'd like more answers first.

Frequently asked questions

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. The 7-day free trial, with its audit and competitor benchmarking, needs no credit card either.

Do I need to prepare anything before calling?

No, but it helps to know roughly how many jobs you book a month in winter and summer, your average replacement ticket, and how your calls are answered. Rough numbers are fine for a first call.

Will you sign a confidentiality agreement before I share numbers?

Ask about it when you get in touch. Your figures are only used to assess fit and draft terms, and you can share summaries rather than raw files at first.

Can I talk to Ali directly?

Yes. Partnerships are led by Ali Sedighi, so partnership conversations are with him or a senior strategist working directly with him.
